For Same Week Bookings:
We require 48 hour’s notice
(for same week booking)
For All Other Bookings: We require rescheduling notification before the you receive your confirmation text (which will be approximately 6-12 days before ur appointment.
( clients who book 2 week or more ahead )
Rescheduling must be made before the confirmation text | 48 hrs prior for penalty free rescheduling of appointments.
Only 1 rescheduling is allow before 48hrs or before confirming .
Clients can reschedule appointments by texting or by calling the salon speaking with My. Clients rescheduling appointments with less than 48 hour notice or after confirming the confirmation text will be charged a reschedule fee, which is 50% of the appointments menu price.

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at My Stylist Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.

All services are non refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.
It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service.
Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.
Product refunds will only be given for defective or damaged products.
No Shows | Same Day rescheduling
If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointments, they will be subject to pay the full amount of the base menu price to rebook.
Deposit will be forfeited.
We ask that clients call or text the salon and notify the front desk if they will be late arriving for their scheduled appointment.
If we have not been able to contact a client 15 minutes into their appointment, the client will be considered a "no show" and their spot will be canceled and deposit will be forfeited.
NON-REFUNDABLE will be required before booking an appointment.

Salon Etiquette & Children
My Stylist Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.
Our waiting area is cozy, and will only accommodate a few people. Please no plus 1 are waiting for you during your appointment. Children are not allowed in the salon at any time unless they are receiving a service. Children receiving a service cannot be left unattended in the salon. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
At any point that you cancel your appointment, the deposit it’s forfeited. Cannot be substituted for products or another service . The deposit only go toward the appointment/ service that was made for .
