  • We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at My Stylist Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.

2. our service guarantee

  • For Same Week Bookings: We require 48 hour’s notice (business hours). For a business operating 8 hours per day 5 days per week, 48 business hours will cover 6 business days or 8 or 10 calendar days.
  • For All Other Bookings / clients who book 7 days or more ahead: We require rescheduling notification before you receive your confirmation text (which will be approximately 6-12 days before your appointment).
  • Only one rescheduling: is allowed before 48 hours or before confirming.
  • Only one rescheduling: is allowed for clients who booked 7 days or more ahead before please reschedule before our confirmation text. Once you confirm your appointment any rescheduling there will be a fee.
  • Clients rescheduling appointments with less than 48 hour notice OR after confirming the confirmation text will be charged a reschedule fee, which is 50% of the appointment’s menu price.
  • Same day reschedule will be charged a reschedule fee, which is 100% of the appointment’s menu price

1. Rescheduling

  • Product refunds will only be given for defective or damaged products.

4. product returns

  • All services are non refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
  • The service must be a mistake from the service provider, not something you might have changed your mind about after the service has been performed. In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 7 days past initial service date.
  • It is important you contact the salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you as soon as possible for a corrective service.
  • Please keep in mind, using box color or going from darker to lighter tones will require more than one service to achieve your desired result.

3. NO REFUNDS

  • There is a grace period of 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. There will be an additional $50 fee for being over 15-30 minutes late to your appointment, IF the stylist can still take you.
  • After 30 mins late, your appointment will be canceled and you will forfeit your deposit.
  • To reschedule, a fee of the entire amount of your original service will be required.

6. late arrivals

  • If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment, they will be subject to pay the full amount of the base menu price to rebook.
  • Deposit will be forfeited.

5. NO SHOWS / SAME DAY RESCHEDULING

  • My Stylist Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.
  • Our waiting area is cozy, and will only accommodate a few people. Please no guess waiting for you during your appointment.
  • Children are not allowed in the salon at any time unless they are receiving a service. 
  • Children receiving a service cannot be left unattended in the salon. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

8. SALON ETIQUETTE & CHILDREN

  • A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be required before booking an appointment.

At any point that you cancel your appointment, the deposit is forfeited. This cannot be substituted for products or another service. The deposit can only go toward the appointment / service for which it was paid.
